Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ProLeap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. ProLeap is operated by Salto Marketing, a company registered in Brazil.

2. The Service

ProLeap is an automated LinkedIn profile diagnosis platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze publicly available profile data and generate a report with a score, critical issues, and an action plan.

The diagnosis is generated based on data publicly available on LinkedIn at the time of analysis. ProLeap never accesses your password or your LinkedIn account.

3. Conditions of Use

  • You must provide the URL of a valid, public LinkedIn profile.
  • Using the service to analyze third-party profiles without authorization is prohibited.
  • Each purchase entitles you to 1 diagnosis of the profile provided.
  • The profile must be public at the time of analysis; private profiles may result in incomplete data.
  • Using bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the service is prohibited.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • The price of the LinkedIn diagnosis is US$ 9.90, a one-time charge.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
  • If a proven technical failure prevents delivery of the diagnosis, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the report's content, since the service is fully delivered upon payment.
  • Right of withdrawal: purchases made online may be cancelled within 7 calendar days of payment, provided the diagnosis has not yet been generated.

5. Limitation of Liability

The report is AI-generated and provided for guidance purposes. ProLeap does not guarantee that implementing its recommendations will result in a job offer, promotion, or any specific professional outcome. ProLeap's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated report is for personal, non-transferable use. Reproducing, selling, or distributing the report's content without Salto Marketing's prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the referral system, with no right to a refund in such cases.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, the jurisdiction where Salto Marketing is registered. Any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
